Please join Compassionate Kids for a Valentine's Day project
that celebrates love, compassion, peace, & hope!*
|
When: |
Saturday, February 14th, 2009 @ 3:00 PM |
|
Where: |
A.G. Rhodes Nursing Home
350 Boulevard SE, Atlanta, 30312 |
|
What: |
We will join residents and celebrate Valentine's Day through
crafts, poetry, and companionship! |
|
Directions: |
The A.G. Rhodes Home is located at the corner of Boulevard
and Woodward but the front entrance will be closed due to
the construction. So, drive east down Woodward Avenue, which
intersects with Boulevard, go to end of the street and make
a right. There should be a back security entrance that will
be open.
Parking is available at the facility.
Go to the entrance and someone will lead you
to the dining room.
If you have trouble finding the location, the number is
404.688.6731. |
We
will craft recycled tissue-paper flowers to give to the
residents, some of whom will join us in our crafting! We will
also attach compassionate Valentine's Day-inspired poetry to our
flowers. Supplies will be provided, just bring yourself (parents
and children) and a smile. If you have your own
compassion-inspired poetry you would like to bring, please feel
free to do so!
